If you are not satisfied with your hosting plan, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to new accounts only and covers the first billing period.
Open a support ticket from your client portal or email us at [email protected] with your invoice number and reason. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We are always willing to resolve billing disputes directly.
